2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
All orders placed through our website are subject to the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Products are delivered via a cargo company within the legal periods from the order confirmation. Shipping fees and delivery conditions are separately stated on the order payment screen.
The SELLER is responsible for delivering the products sound, complete, and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.
3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product without stating any reason and without paying any penalty.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be sent to the SELLER (through communication channels).
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and sent with all accessories.
Important Note: Due to hygiene rules, returns of products with direct body contact, such as earrings, whose packaging/protective band has been opened, are not accepted. In addition, there is no right of withdrawal for personalized products (e.g., products with names written on them).
4. REFUND AND PAYMENT
The price of the product returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal will be refunded to the BUYER using the payment method used by the BUYER within 14 days after the product reaches the SELLER.
For shipping details during the return process, the SELLER should be contacted.
5. AUTHORIZED COURT
In disputes that may arise from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Commerce.
